SOCIAL MEDIA

More than any other technology in the past few years, social media has vastly influenced the way individuals communicate, the way we receive our news, and the the way we make decisions. Myspace started off as a place to connect and develop this online profile for all to see, Facebook developed this idea further-making Facebook the largest social networking platform in the world. In fact, social media is the quickest growing and changing media tool there is. Think about it, you are reading this blog at the moment, why are you not reading a newspaper, watching the television, or reading your trusty ole magazine? The reason being is because the world is changing and changing at a rapid pace!! Be on the look out for this media platform-it will change the world.

TWITTER

Chris Nation’s thoughts on Twitter – Why can be said about Twitter. Hmmm. Twitter is one of those things that we are all still trying to figure out, but we all seem to like it! It only allows us 140 characters to include, but it forces us to choose the best way of telling the world about news events, what we are doing, eating, or watching at the moment. It allows us and the world to in soundbytes or now textbytes to relay information on an instance scale. My thoughts, I am a huge supporter of the power and influence this social media networking tool can have.
